mixed experience at this resort
faulty lock noisy fridge
the grounds are well kept.
i found the room dated , with some lights not working. the lock on the patio door seemed faulty. the fridge was also excessively noisy.

a dreamy escape
beautiful landscape modern decor attentive staff
the resort had beautiful landscapes with well-kept gardens. i especially loved the bella vista bar (it had a modern decor!). the staff were attentive and nice, both in the dining area and at the bella vista bar. everything felt so tender and sweet.
i noticed the drinks were often warm in all the bars. when i ordered beer, i had to ask for less foam. wine was also served warm, so i requested ice, which diluted it.

the staff was well-trained to ensure guest satisfaction. bars were conveniently located throughout the resort so drinks were easily accessible. bathrooms were also strategically placed, meaning there were no long walks necessary, everything was really thoughful.

the hotel offered great beach views, amazing. the location made it simple to explore nearby attractions with ease. the complimentary breakfast started my days perfectly (fresh options always!).

there was an olympic pool for lane swimming plus two other pools for leisurely swims. stage shows at night provided high-quality entertainment with singing and dancing. the aqua park offered fun and helpful staff for enjoyable moments.

excellent stay
fast check in premium room free wi fi pedal court
i appreciated the fast check in. i was given a premium room with a small price increase. i found free fast wi fi in the room, a useful feature. i enjoyed the pedal court. i also used tennis and volleyball courts. i even saw a beach gym for those who enjoy workouts.
one very minor issue, i had to wait a little long for a drink once at the tropicana bar. this was a slight inconvenience at an otherwise excellent facility.

the resort had several pools for relaxation. one olympic pool allowed swimming in lanes. gardens were nicely maintained and gardners worked to keep the place looking great daily. the large premises felt very secure.

food diversity was really good, with various international and local cuisines available. the food stations had allergen signs. this helped guests make correct choices for their dietary needs. there were different options, like french, mexican, and lebanese food.

the room felt very comfy. i found the fridge amenities were recharged every day. new rooms looks very nice. superior, premium, and beautiful rooms felt amazing and clean. these also seemed modern and renovated, offering a five star quality.

tea coffee kettle storage space ample maintained gardens nicely dusty sand beach camel presence lagoon missing cushioning bed
the room included a kettle with tea and coffee. my superior room had storage space (i found this useful). the gardens were nicely maintained. gardeners worked daily to keep the place looking top notch.
the beach sand seemed dusty. i noticed a camel walking around near the lagoon (i don't personally agree with this). the olympic pool had lanes for swimming, but the beds around pools lacked cushioning.

Wonderful stay!
spacious room comfortable bed perfect pool area
the room was spacious. it was super clean and beautifully decorated. the comfortable bed and the skyline view from my balcony were great! i enjoyed the pool area. it was perfect.
i found cracked tiles around the swimming pools which could be a safety concern.
